Bio:
I am a native Oregonian, having graduated from Gladstone High School in 1980. I spent 20 years in the San Francisco Bay Area – and am a lifelong fan of the San Francisco Giants (“best team in pro ball”). As a teacher, I love seeing students evolve through the year and from year to year – and it is always a joy to see them return to Central Catholic after college. I am also the Boys' Cross Country head coach. Since 2003, our cross country team has finished in the top two at the State Meet every year except 2004 (4th), with ten titles (2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016) and three runner-up finishes (2008, 2010, 2011).

Education:
Bachelors of Arts in Economics, Stanford University; Master of Arts in Education, Stanford University.

Experience:
Taught for 11 years at Saint Francis High School (Mountain View, CA), and began teaching at Central Catholic in 1999.
