Bio:
I started teaching English in 1992 at McCallie School, a boys boarding and day school in Chattanooga, Tennessee. More recently I taught yearbook, photography, and journalism at Tigard High School. Teaching project-based learning, writing, and effective storytelling is my passion. If I’m not working after hours on a yearbook or newspaper deadline, you can find me hanging out with my family on mountain bike trails or ski slopes.
