Campus Ministry is grounded in the Catholic tradition integrated into all areas of the Central Catholic community to develop people of faith, compassion, and justice.

The Campus Ministry Retreat Program strives to help students develop an awareness and acceptance of self and an openness to others which is manifested in successful relationships with individuals, communities, and society.

Our retreat program extends over all four years. We offer a variety of retreats geared to meet the students’ particular spiritual and developmental needs.

Liturgical Ministry

Liturgy comes from the Greek word leitourgia, meaning "the work of the people," and it is the work of the students, faculty, staff, and members of the community that make liturgies at Central Catholic celebratory, faith-filled, and meaningful. It's not just that we can't do it without you, but we want to be in partnership with you.

Please use this Liturgical Minister Application to indicate where you would like to share your time and gifts. More information and position descriptors can be found on the Interest Form.

Opportunities include:

  • Altar Serve
  • Lector
  • Liturgy Planning Team

Person for Others

We have many outstanding students at our school! Campus Ministry wants to recognize students for going beyond themselves and living our mission statement by being people of character Faculty, staff, and students nominate a person each week. Campus Ministry chooses the recipient for the week. That person will receive a t-shirt delivered by members of the Admin team. Please use the following form to nominate a student you believe has shown themselves to be a person for others during that week. No selfless act is too small to acknowledge!
