Rams Attend Student Diversity Leadership Conference

In February, students and staff headed to Tacoma to attend a Student Diversity Leadership Conference. The theme of the weekend was “Young & Powerful: Becoming Our Best Selves as Leaders”.

The conference focused on self-awareness, leadership skills, forming allies, and building community. Students also learned more about the principles, skills, and strategies of Ignatian Leadership, as well as other leadership models.
