After coaching stops at Lake Oswego, Westview, and Southridge HS, Coach Dillard returned to Central Catholic's football staff.  He began his high school coaching career with Coach Steve Pyne at Wilson High School in 2001 and was on the Rams staff from 2003-2005.  Collegiately, he played defensive back at the University of Memphis.  Professionally he was with the Washington Redskins in 1995 and Dallas Cowboys in 1996.  Arena football brought him to Portland in 1997 and he played Arena football for 8 years.  Coach Dillard began teaching PE and Wellness full time at Central Catholic in the spring of 2018. He is also an assistant Track and Field coach in the spring. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family.
