Coach Blue began coaching at Central Catholic during the 2015-16 season. David made the short trip across the Willamette River from Jesuit High School where he had been their Diversity Director and Assistant Basketball coach. In his first season, at the helm the boys finished the season ranked fourth in the state power rankings with a record of 20 wins and 6 losses.
 
As Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Blue will works with students, faculty and families as an educator and resource to ensure we have a diverse and inclusive community and curriculum.
As Basketball Coach his challenge will be to continue to develop a high powered, winning program both in the Mt. Hood Conference and at the State level.  David is excited for this season and to be a part of the long Central Catholic tradition of success in athletics and thrilled to be developing a new program for the students at CC.
